KOSTAT BK-STAT Sheets are manufactured using high-conductivity IDP (Ion Dissipative Polymer) technology that enables electrostatic dissipation and heat resistance. These materials are excellent in ESD prevention due to their composition with breathable materials and high-conductivity polymers, including coatings of carbon fiber and metal powder. Compared to standard insulative materials, they offer superior transparency and cleanliness, fulfilling customer requirements for durability and clarity. BK-STAT sheets demonstrate better mechanical and electrical properties compared to general IDP sheets.
KOSTAT ICP-STAT Sheets are high-performance ICP (Ion Conductive Polymer) sheets coated with various antistatic and dissipative materials. These sheets excel in static dissipation and ESD protection when compared to general materials, while also offering excellent transparency and clarity, allowing easy visual inspection of inner components.
