Kostat, Inc. has established a dispute minerals management policy to fulfill legal compliance and social responsibility.

We guarantee that if the four major disputed minerals(tantalum, tin, tungsten, gold) associated with the armed forces in the disputed area, if parts or products supplied to us by our partners , that we make sure that our partner is a certified smelter.

We have received [Guarantee of non-use of mineral in Congo and neighboring conflict zone] from each partner company.

We are in the process of completing questionnaire on whether or not to use disputed minerals.

Kostat, Inc. will actively participate in international efforts to prohibit the use of disputed minerals with our partners and customers and will fulfill our social responsibility to protect the human rights of the Democratic Republic of Congo and neighboring countries
